대략적인 공연예산: studio arkitekture Octopi undertakes private residential refurbishment and new build homes. Martinez Architecture Studio PC creates homes that celebrate the life within while respecting and reflecting the specific place, the views, and the environment that they inhabit. Projects emerge from the studio with optimism, translating visionary ideas into an architecture of the present - a reality that the team embraces, with a particular interest in intellectual pursuits and design research. Besides architectural activities, CTA also has academic, research and creative activities to create solutions to overcome outstanding issues of society today. Located 30 kilometers east of Hanoi City, the new campus is designed to be a "New Model University," and will feature facilities for administration, teaching, research, housing, student activities, services, and infrastructure. Originally designed by architects Gio Ponti, Piero Portaluppi and Antonio Fornaroli in the early 1960s, the project transforms the 45,000 sqm Corso Italia complex from an insular single-tenant headquarters into a vibrant office campus employing the most advanced sustainability, flexibility, workplace, wellbeing and smart building concepts. For a triangular site included in the Piano Pavia-Masera, bounded by buildings built from the beginning of the 20th century to the Seventies, this project seeks to create a distinctly contemporary apartment building.
As ideas form and evolve, we explore the potential of brief, site and budget to design thoughtful solutions that make everyday life better, more engaging and more fun. The concept of ‘hedonistic sustainability’ by Bjarke Ingels is nowhere more evident than his Danish waste-to-energy plant that has ski slopes on the roof. Two motorized wind catchers are placed close to the roof on the southern side with flaps that open out perpendicular to the wall and help draw in the ambient breeze into the interiors. The scenario on the inside is completely different however, as 5 different levels are created on either side of a central void space acting as a contiguous link with the street in both a visual and sensory manner. The building solves the issue of the street relationship, without a construction along the boundaries of the block. With our extensive experience we are confident that we can guide you through any building renovation or space. Studio Seilern Architects is a London based international creative practice established in 2006 by Christina Seilern with the intent of producing exceptional architecture that lasts, working across geographies, building sizes and typologies. He ran it for eight years, paying for college with its income and funding his graduate studies through its sale. In addition to his work at No Architecture, Heid is design critic in architecture at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and contributed the introduction to the upcoming book Glass Houses, which will be published in October by Phaidon. The former journalists and Harvard Graduate School of Design alums devise bold work that is rooted in the conceptual realm, so you won’t find a signature style in BoND’s projects, which include high-end residential designs, work and retail spaces, and fashion and art-world projects. The core aim of the studio is to create sustainable projects, and re-kindle the connection between people and nature through architecture and urbanism. Our studio acts as an open laboratory continuously in search of new architectural typologies that reconsider the intersection between spatial experience, form, and technology while adjusting to changing social, economic, and political environments.
