It scored high in our Strollers and Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions, which means it's lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to carry and put into a car trunk. It also has an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as a parent cup holder. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels and two large hanging storage bags.
In our test of push and turn it performed better than the majority of other cheap strollers we tried, but it's not the most maneuverable on uneven terrain or through doorways that are narrow. The sunshades are among the smallest we tested, offering only direct overhead coverage, and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have significantly larger sunshades.
It took us less than 3 minutes to assemble the Delta with a standard manual. The parts are all non-required and required tools. It's lacking certain features we believe are essential in double strollers. They include a large basket, reclining seats and adjustable leg rests.
