As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or stir your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
